Today was a day of finishing off small jobs that tend to get left - little bits of painting, fixing the pond pump, getting rid of rubbish, sending emails that you should have sent days ago - you know the kind of stuff that just never normally gets done.
Managed to squeeze in a steady 9 miles with Tony along the canal to Buxworth and back and then loop round The Torrs - no problem with the leg so back to business tomorrow.
Saw the farmer taking his two pet Llamas for a walk whilst out running - only in new Mills could this happen.
