Nice set of 1km reps in Woodbank Park this evening, weather was great for running too. I'd spent most of the day laying concrete as part of the Torrs Hydro project so was weary but managed to knock them out inbetween 3:30 and 3:40 per rep which is OK for now.
Off to Valencia tomorrow morning - nice early start to head across to John Lennon airport (what a stupid name for an airport) - must get some sleep first !
