Holidays are coming... (Sunday 3 August)

A nice easy week following Snowdon was just what the Doctor ordered, faster track session on Thursday and two long runs Saturday and today.

I'm now counting down the days to three weeks in France - the weather here in England really is shit most of the time and the rest of time its not very good !

Does anyone make pictures out of the leftovers on their plate ?

I sometimes do and tomorrow I will show the world my first piece of food art !
