Another 'time trial' up to Big Stone from home with Tony - the goal is still to try and go sub 25:00min before the Kinder Trogg race but its going to be some effort to do that.
The first mile is up and down through New Mills before you hit the two mile hill up to Big Stone, I've not yet worked out properly if you can gain more time by going eye balls out on the flatter section or save it for the hill - think I will compare some mile splits to see where I can improve most - its great when you do get to the top as you can see for miles and miles.
Great effort by United yesterday to become Champions again - I've decided not to go to Moscow for the Champions League final now as it would cost a fortune.
