With a part of the group recovering from the weekends Edinburgh marathon (great Edinburgh runs from Mike, Lee, Neil, Lee and Andy) - the size of the group down at track tonight was small and they decided to go and do a Fartlek session out on the road.
My session was set to be 5 x 1000m with 2min recovery so even though I was on my own that's what I'd do - my quads were aching from yesterdays fell race, but I was reasonably happy with my split times tonight 3:45, 3:37, 3:42. 3:44, 3:40.
We had some 'private' viewings today as well (still as part of the weekends Derbyshire Open Arts event) and sold another three pieces so Amanda was really pleased.
Off to Alton Towers tomorrow - help !
