Well the new shoes were PUMA Trailfox and I think I will use them today running over Kinder with Tom and Tony.

Great run but so so windy - we tried running in pelaton fashion (one behind another) but it was so strong it didn't really help.
We covered just over 12 miles of the Kinder Trogg route and I pushed in two or three hill efforts - new shoes felt ace !
Poor Tom - not once, not twice but three times he fell going over Kinder and its real shitty stuff to fall on (Grit stone which is like sand paper).
I'm sure he must be black and blue - the run was rounded off by one of Potts Pork Pies - many thanks Tom you can come again !
Amanda's Exhibition is going well and she has sold a couple of paintings which is great news !
