Well if I look at the next 10 days then tonights track session should be the hardest one of the lot, everything else being part of the taper before the London marathon - so 16 x 400m in sub 85 seconds with short jog recovery.
The decorators have now finished the lounge - at really does look great - and have now made a start on my bedroom. more carpets being laid on Friday and Monday and this afternoon off to choose some nice big comfy leather sofa's.
Great result by Fernabache last night against Chelsea in the European Cup - I took Declan to watch them last year in Istanbul and the atmosphere in the stadium is breathtaking - talk about 'crazy Turks' they just don't know when to stop.
I'm starting to get hooked also on The Apprentice again - they get a really good balance of people who are really smart and could run a business and those that couldn't even wipe their own arses. Felt a bit sorry for the girl who got kicked out last night as she was reasonably bright - for a girl anyway !
