So I can do my long run on Sunday my schedule needs to be changed slightly so the next two days will mean only running 6 miles and as I write this I've already done it so no running now for nearly 48 hours - what will I do with myself !
Nice 5-6 hilly miles with Tony who will soon become 'boney' Tony with the miles he's putting in recently - through Brookbottom towards Mellor, cut across the golf course and then up the hill to Mellor Cross and back down past New Mills Golf club, legs feel fine after last nights speed session and I'm really looking forwrad to 20 miles on Sunday morning. By the way, the picture is Mellor Cross, not me becoming 'born again' or anything.
