What a great day for running, blue skys, no wind and so lucky to have Lyme Park on my door step.
Did a nice and easy 6 miles with Jackie (my coach and ace runner in years gone by... ) got back to the car just as the sun was going down.

Earlier in the day had a great walk up to Big Stone and had soup and sandwiches with Amanda overlooking Hayfield - just like being on holiday !
Need to crack on with sorting out these work men out to plaster and decorate otherwise I'll be back at work with nothing to show for it.
