Talk about a change in the weather.
Its only 3 days since it felt warm enough to go running in just shorts and t shirt, but now with this Arctic snap I have had to go out with four layers on over the last couple of days.
Not only do you feel like Michelin man whilst you are running you just don't feel like running at all.
Having said that we squeezed out a great speed session on Monday (3 x 2k in 7:30 with 400m jog recovery) - after that though the temperatures dropped and Tuesdays long run felt really arduous, frozen, face, feet and hands - the hot Vimto at Stockport Harriers soon thawed me out.
