A trip down to track tonight, but the schedule (thankfully) said an easy 5 miles - started off with the main group on their warm up and then did some laps round the banking with Brian and Jackie.
Stayed up far too late and tomorrow I'm spending the day working on site at Torrs Hydro New Mills which will be really hard work for a delicate office boy like me !
