Off to the Garburn Pass tomorrow.Time to start doing some harder track sessions, but not too hard as Saturday sees a long race up in the Lake District.
With a nice warm up the session was 8x600m with a 200m recovery jog/walk - the target was 2:02-2:06's and I banged them out in 2:00 to 2:04's - had to work, but not eye balls out. The first 400m of each rep was more or less exactly the same 80-81 and then it depended if I had a target in front of me to drag me round the last 200m or not - good session though.
